이 사이트 절대 이용하지 마세요.
휴가 차, 호텔 예약하려고 사이트 들어가서 정보넣고
(제가 독일살아서 은행직접송금이 되더군요),
결제하려는데 결제오류가 뜨던군요. 당연 예약도 실패했고요.
해서 Onhotels 사이트는 접고, 다른 호텔예약 사이트 가서
예약하고 결제한 후에 쉬고 있었더니...
몇 시간 후에 Onhotels 에서 메일와서는 예약됬다며 돈 인출해버립니다... 뭥미...
결제실패 페이지 당당히 보여주고는, 어떻게 몇 시간 후에, 단 한마디도 묻지 않고
돈을 인출해서 예약을 진행한 건지 알 수가 없네요.
이건 절도아니냐고 항의하고, 환불요구해도 이미 예약됬다고 거절합니다.
절대 이용하지 마세요.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They are fraud.
I tried to book a hotel, but the website said payment was not successful.
Thus, as a matter of course, the booking was unsuccessful too.
HOWEVER, after several hours, they somehow charged the costs
and booked the hotel even WITHOUT asking me.
I was pissed off so I asked refund because this is nothing different from stealing money,
but they said “NO, your reservation is already made".
I do not know how they were able to charge the costs
after the website CLEARY showed payment failures.
Again, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Updates: 페이스북에 글 올렸더니.. 사람들 많이 보니까
역시나 빠르게 대응하더군요. 하지만, 아직까지도 여전히
책임회피하는 모습만 보여주고 있습니다.
담당자가 계속 바뀌는지 계속 똑 같은 말 늘어놓고..
일반적인 개판 서비스의 전형입니다.
절대로 이용하지 마세요.

Updates 2: 결제오류가 난지 한달이 되가는데도, 여전히 묵묵부답입니다.
호텔측에 전화로 문의해보니, 환불은 커녕 취소요청도 호텔에 하지 않았더군요.
다시 한번, 절대로 이용하지 마세요.
Updates: I wrote to their Facebook site, and they were responding quickly,
I think they do care about Facebook.
Nevertheless, their customer service really sucks.
They never read carefully what I have wrote,
and are just trying to evade their responsibility.
Again, NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Updates 2: It has been two weeks after their last reply,
but they did not show any professionalism.
I called the hotel and found that they EVEN did not cancel the reservation.
Again, never use onhotels.com
