such a cool cat

I like this cat.

도시를 즐기는 시크한 고양이 ㅋㅋ

iDefrag for Mac OS X, THE piece of crab!

It totally destroyed my Parallel desktop virtual HDD...
I performed the single file defragment for the virtual HDD.
Of course, parallel was turned of and I was NOT using it.

Freaking^1000 annoying application..
Just a crap software... Why did I buy it???? Fxxx...

Update : I sent an bug report and got the reply.

"Was the virtual disk in use at the time?  Had you "mounted" it somehow as a drive?

There is really nothing that iDefrag could do (particularly in file defragment mode)
that could cause this, so the problem here very definitely doesn't lie with our
product."

OK, the best answer in the world.
You guys don't know how to say the simple "sorry"???

So happy you convinced me that iDefrag is such an nice application that has nothing to do with this.

They kept asking me if I was 'using' it or 'mounting' it.. ha.. WTF.. I already wrote them I wan't used it and parallel was turned off. They don't know how to read English??

Update: They replied me again and said, VERY POLITELY, that probably my laptop's hdd is bad... WOW... 1 month old hdd just got problems somehow..?
At this points, I decided to stop to talk with them. It was just waste of time to talk with them. Actually, this was about 4 months ago.

Today, suddenly, I just remembered this post, and I checked my hdd status after 4 months later. Well, if they were correct,  I should have lost all the data I have in the hdd already?

I'm sorry but my hdd and laptop is totally fine.

Such a shame, iDefrag...

If you just said simple 'sorry' in the first email even though you thought it's not your application's problem, I would not be this upset.. and would not post this.

Even after I told them that "I did not expect this kind of email without saying simple sorry", you guys kept saying that you cannot apologize since you don't think it's your problem.

VERY NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
