Especially for the rent. Because my budget is limited, I have to make my expenditure plan very carefully. But.. I don't want to share a house (especially, the bathroom), then a small and cheap studio is solution.. I'd like to cook occasionally when outside is too cold, so I need a stove and small refrigerator. I don't need network connection because I could use it in my office all day long. If heat and hot water is included in the rent, it's still great. Maximum budget for the rent is, perhaps, xxx$ per month including heat and hot water. But, if I spend xxx$ for the rent I might have to quit drinking.. hmmmmm. quit eating???? sounds plausible~ >.<a
