잡채 (Boiled Chinese noodles with vegetables)
Well, this is a piece of cake to make.. haha.
Ingredients : Chinese noodles, vegetables (corns, carrots, green peppers, bean sprouts..), soybean source.
1. Boil the Chinese noodles. After it cooked well, keep it in cold water to make it elastic(?).
2. Fry vegetables. Mix the fried vegetables with Chinese noodles. Add some soybean source. Stir it until soybean source are well mixed with noodles.
Eat it :)
