to exercise again since my body is not in good shape now :)
wake up too late, go to sleep to late, my right foot's top side feels numb..
Above all of these, I cannot drink as I usually do before...
Thus I went to a gym to exercise today and... was almost dead...
Note: warm up your body enough not to become dizzy while coming back to locker room and not to faint.
I almost fainted in the locker room... T_T.....
