Beer can chicken

Yesterday, I had dinner at my friend's house. Main menu was~ the 'Beer can chicken'.
Unfortunately, the beer can cannot be seen in this photo. The opened beer can is inside of chicken (exactly, at the stomach of chicken). We used half of guinness beer + a few drops of Maker's mark whiskey and grilled it until whole alcohol is evaporated; about 1 and half hours.

You can see a pretty accessory at the right side of chicken waist; which is a thermometer :)

Alcohol is essential, of course :)
