My house during this one year stay here. It's quite close to my office (both to CfA and IIC) and feels comfortable like a real house. I had visited several another places around Somerville, but they were almos like dungeons.. Roommate is also nice, quiet but cheerful person. The best point of this house is that it's near a pub, Thirsty Scholar (sounds good, yeah :)), just in 50m distance.
